What life coaching topics do you have?

Coaching Topics

There are many life coaching topics, so I have divided them into 4 main areas:

4 main areas

1. Personal development: Topics such as motivation, mindset, authenticity, strengths, goals, etc.

2. Social skills: Topics such as shyness, small talk, conflict management, etc.

3. Meaning and value issues: Topics such as happiness, fulfillment of meaning, values, life goals, etc.

4. Continuing vocational training: Topics such as reorientation, resilience, charisma at work, repartee, etc.

What is your unique selling point?

Expertise

My expertise lies in following up precisely in the conversation, asking the right questions and filtering out the central point.
In doing so, I use psychological and philosophical knowledge to develop practical solutions and help you achieve the desired success.

With me, you will receive tailor-made coaching that includes comprehensive individual preparation and follow-up to meet your complex and multi-layered requirements.

Why is this an important skill?

In my opinion, grasping a concern or problem in all its complexity and analysing the effects on private or professional life is one of the greatest challenges in life coaching.

Examples

So I look very closely and specifically at seemingly hopeless problems and concerns, whereby it is about such questions, for example:

• I’ve tried everything, what really motivates me now?
• How can I overcome my shyness after 20 years?
• How can I finally have exciting in-depth conversations?
• How can I appear more quick-witted and charismatic at work?
• Do I want to start a family or travel the world again?
• I haven’t been able to approach a woman for years, how do I do that?
• I have a great job, but how do I find a friend who suits me?
• I’m too nice and yet I’m a leader, how do I get respect?
• I actually have everything, but I don’t feel fulfilled, what do I really want?

What does your coaching concept look like?

Coaching Concept 3 Phases

  • First, we collect data, clarify your concerns, get an overview and set concrete goals.
  • In the second phase, we conduct many practical exercises and check visible progress.
  • In the third phase, we check whether the goals have been achieved.
You will receive an outlook on potential areas of development and feedback on the entire coaching process.

PHASE 1: STOCKTAKING, ORIENTATION AND OBJECTIVES

Collect data and provide an overview:

We collect relevant information about your current life situation and have a detailed conversation about your wishes, challenges and expectations.
We will provide you with orientation, and you will receive initial practical exercises to give us an overview.

Record concerns and formulate goals:

Together, we identify your main concerns and set clear, realistic and measurable goals.

PHASE 2: ACTION PLANNING AND IMPLEMENTATION

Practical part with exercises:

We develop a plan with practical exercises and measures to help you make visible progress in different areas of life.

Visible progress:

Through regular reviews and adjustments, we ensure that you stay motivated and see progress quickly.

PHASE 3: REFLECTION AND ADAPTATION

Review of objectives:

We reflect together on your progress and challenges, evaluate the goals achieved and identify areas for further work.

Outlook, feedback and a sense of achievement:

You will receive an outlook and constructive feedback to bring about positive change in the long term.
We look at the goals you have achieved and celebrate your success.

How many sessions do I need for my request?

Number of sessions

That depends a lot on the topic and the depth of the problem.
Some topics can be clarified in a single 90-minute session.
Other concerns, such as burnout prevention, may require up to 10 sessions.

Here are just a few examples from a large number of possible examples:

1. Conflict resolution in 90 minutes

In this single session, we can talk about the conflict , understand the different values, and learn how to communicate effectively to resolve the conflict constructively.
Our goal is to promote understanding and find joint solutions that lead to positive change, whether with partners, friends or colleagues.

2. Quick-wittedness and self-confidence (3 sessions)

In 3 sessions of 90 minutes each, we can work on your repartee and self-confidence.
This includes learning effective communication techniques, practicing self-assertion and increasing self-confidence in order to act more confidently in challenging conversation situations.

Social Skills & Body Language (5-6 sessions)

For the topic of social skills and body language, I plan about 5 to 6 sessions of 90 minutes each.
In these sessions, we will deal intensively with non-verbal communication, improve your posture and facial expressions, and learn techniques for consciously controlling facial expressions and gestures.
We will also work on your general social skills, such as small talk, active listening and effective conversation.

4. Burnout prevention and stress management (up to 10 sessions)

With burnout prevention and stress management, the process can take a little longer.
Depending on the individual situation and needs, up to 10 sessions of 90 minutes each may be required.
In doing so, we will identify stress triggers, develop coping strategies and develop long-term measures for burnout prevention.

Result

These examples illustrate that the number of coaching sessions required depends heavily on the complexity and scope of the topic.

Life coaching and psychotherapy, is that possible?

Life Coaching and Therapy?

Yes, that’s possible.
It is even often recommended alongside therapy.

It happens that clients are currently undergoing psychotherapy, but still need some practical tools for everyday life.
That’s why they also visit a life coach.

Psychotherapy is first and foremost only about coping with everyday life at all.
Life coaching, on the other hand, is future- and resource-oriented, it is aimed at developing development opportunities.

Why is your life coaching above average in terms of price?

Tailor-made life coaching

My life coaching approach requires a comprehensive view, which is more time-consuming than what most coaches do, because I work tailor-made.
Not only do I take care of my clients during the coaching sessions, but I also invest a lot of time in preparation and always do a thorough follow-up.

Quality over quantity

Since this type of coaching requires a lot of time and effort, I never take on more than 2 to 3 clients per day to ensure the best possible quality.
For me, quality is more important than quantity.

15 years of experience

It’s no secret that the length of experience in a profession makes a difference.
I have been a life coach for 15 years and have coached people from different cultures and in different languages, both in person and online.

Special offers

Preparation: Wishes and goals

A clear focus on goals helps to make life coaching more effective.
If you’d like, think about the following:

1. Topics:

What specific areas would you like to address and work on in coaching?

• For example: relationships, career, self-confidence, time management, stress management.

2. Goal:

What do you want to achieve through coaching?
What are your specific wishes and expectations?

• For example: gain more self-confidence, achieve professional goals, find inner peace, communicate more effectively.

3. Good result:

How would you define the success of coaching?
What would be a positive result for you at the end of the process?

• For example: being able to solve conflicts better, having found your calling, having shed shyness, achieving more life satisfaction, etc.
