1 APPROACHING OTHERS WITH CONFIDENCE: INCREASING SELF-WORTH
Thanks to the course, you will be able to approach other people in a more relaxed, confident and authentic way. You will learn how to be more empathetic to others and how to get more out of yourself. This will increase your self-worth. The attractive sides of your personality are illuminated with the help of the Enneagram tool.
2 LOSE YOUR FEAR OF APPROACH: APPEAR MORE CHARISMATIC
We do a lot of practical exercises and role plays where you learn to present yourself naturally and overcome your shyness. You will also learn everything important about facial expressions and body language. This will also enable you to be more present in smaller or larger groups.
3 MAKING A CONVERSATION MORE INTERESTING: USING STORY TELLING
There are many ways to build positive tension in a conversation. You learn how to make small talk more exciting. It is important to tell an interesting story, somewhat fashionably called story telling.
4 REACHING YOUR GOAL: MAKING SMALL TALK OR IN-DEPTH CONVERSATIONS
Last but not least, you will find many individual answers to your questions, problems and concerns. Your goal will be within reach. For some, a good small talk is enough. For others, obtaining in-depth conversations is the real goal. In in-depth conversations, personal values emerge and topics such as happiness or a sense of meaning are addressed.
